Our Story:

After spending a decade in a corporate setting and 20 years as an entrepreneur, our founder recognized there was something missing. A piece that was critical to the development of high performing teams with a high level of emotional maturity. Leaders were expecting their teams to produce quality products, excel in sales, and create cohesive cultures. However, most weren’t given the practical tools and framework needed to thrive. As a result, Kendall Ficklin took action and began training a diverse group of leaders and teams to maximize their performance and their results.

As a result, we have worked with national sports leagues, financial powerhouses, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare systems and several small businesses. We have taken great joy in watching our clients succeed, unlock new levels, and get the revenue they deserve.
